My goal is to one day turn out a perfect, beautiful entremet like the one above by Karim Bourgi.

I enjoy the process of baking: searching for recipes, looking at pictures, finding the ingredients and finally cooking and tasting the latest project. I think baking in particular appeals because the finished result is so appealing. I decided to start blogging my baking as a way of tracking my progress and recording tips I’ve learnt along the way. There will be mistakes, but I’m hoping there will also be a few successes too. I hope you enjoy watching my progress and I pass on something useful along the way!
